This policy explains when refunds may be available for Auto Blog subscriptions or other paid offerings.

1. Trial and free usage

If a free plan, trial period, or promotional access is available, you can evaluate the product before making a purchase.

2. Subscription refunds

Refunds for recurring subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. In general, already-used billing periods are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. Billing issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with the billing date, the amount charged, and the email address tied to the account.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
